Gorgonzola Sauce

This easy Gorgonzola sauce is buttery, garlicky, and impressive. Tastes just like that yummy sauce that restaurants serve over grilled chicken and steak. This sauce may also be cooked on a cool part of your grill while grilling meat.

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

  • 1 stalk green onion, minced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine butter, Gorgonzola cheese, green onion, garlic, and pepper in a small saucepan over low heat. Warm slowly, shaking the saucepan occasionally, until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy, about 5 minutes.
