Directions

Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add sliced bananas and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook until golden brown and caramelized, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
Cook's Note:
If desired, add chopped walnuts to mixture and serve on top of oatmeal.
