2 cups fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and sliced

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.

Combine eggs, sugar, and oil in a large bowl; stir in flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Fold in peaches and pecans; pour cake batter into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 50 minutes.
