Directions

Heat olive oil in a saucepan over low heat. Add tomato sauce, sofrito, sazon, and pepper. Cook, stirring, for about 3 minutes. Stir in beans, water, and salt. Increase heat to medium and cook until sauce is thickened, about 15 minutes.
