4 (4 ounce) walleye fillets, cut into pieces

Directions

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C). Pour butter into a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Place fillets in the prepared baking dish, skin-sides down. Evenly season with lemon pepper and basil.

Bake in the preheated oven until walleye is opaque and it easily flakes with a fork, 5 to 7 minutes.
