1 (6 ounce) can) lump crabmeat

1 green onion, thinly sliced, divided

1 teaspoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)

1/4 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco®

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

2 tablespoons shredded Monterey Jack cheese

2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Drain crabmeat well and return crabmeat to the empty can.

Reserve 2 teaspoons onion for garnish. Stir remaining onion, lemon juice, seafood seasoning, hot sauce, Worcestershire, mayonnaise and 11/2 tablespoons Monterey Jack cheese until combined into can with crabmeat. Top with remaining Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheese. Place can on a rimmed baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and browned around the edges, about 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with reserved green onion.
