Ingredients
-
1 (8 ounce) package cremini mushrooms, halved or quartered
-
2 tablespoons avocado oil
-
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce (such as Bragg®)
-
½ teaspoon garlic granules
-
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
-
Preheat an air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
-
Combine mushrooms, oil, soy sauce, garlic granules, salt, and pepper in a bowl; toss to coat. Transfer to the air fryer basket.
-
Cook in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes, shaking occasionally.
Cook’s Note
The mushrooms should be all about the same size.
I have a smaller air fryer. If you're using a larger model, the mushrooms will cook faster, so make sure you check them frequently.
