Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • ¼ cup butter

  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

  • teaspoon salt

  • teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • ½ pound boneless pork, cooked and cubed

  • 4 hamburger buns

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, sugar, paprika, salt, and cayenne pepper; bring to a boil, stirring often. Add cooked pork; simmer just until pork is heated through.

  2. Serve pork and sauce on hamburger buns to form sandwiches.
