Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. Cover chicken breasts with garlic, then sprinkle with rosemary, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Place in a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake in the preheated oven until done and juices run clear, about 25 minutes (baking time will depend on the thickness of your chicken breasts). An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Italian torrone candy is very easy to make, but it does take a while — mostly standing at the stove and stirring. But it's worth it for the gorgeous nut-studded, amazingly textured final product.

The Best Baked Ziti

Simply the best baked ziti recipe. I am half Italian, was raised eating the finest Italian-American cuisine, and have filmed almost 2,000 recipe videos, so when you consider all of those facts, it seems incredible that I have never posted a video for baked ziti. Hopefully I make up for that long wait by posting what I think is the best version of it.

Bob's Kabobs

Most people think of chunks of meat on a skewer when they think of kabobs, but this is another style known as kofta kabobs. Now that grilling season is upon us, this is definitely something you're going to want to work into the rotation. Serve with grilled pita bread and a blend of diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions sprinkled with salt and olive oil, all topped with freshly chopped parsley and dried sumac.
