1 ½ cups frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed

1 cup chopped pecans

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Directions

Combine cream cheese and sugar in a bowl until well mixed; fold in whipped topping, pecans, and pineapple.

Transfer pineapple filling to pie crust; smooth top. Chill pie until filling solidified, at least 2 hours.
Cook's Note:
Feel free to substitute other fruits, such as strawberries (soaked in sugar water but not cooked), smashed blueberries, etc., for pineapple.
