Ingredients
-
1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
-
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
-
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
-
½ teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
Directions
-
Mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, mint, dill, and kosher salt together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 12 hours.
Cook’s Note
Using a very good olive oil is crucial to the flavor.
Herbs can be any that you prefer. I like to use dill and mint.
