Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced

  • 1 Roma (plum) tomato, diced

  • ½ red onion, diced

  • 1 serrano chile pepper, seeded and minced

  • 6 cilantro leaves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 3 drops hot sauce

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. Combine avocado, tomato, onion, serrano, cilantro, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and hot sauce in a bowl; pour lime juice over top. Serve immediately.

Cook's Note:

To store for later use, place the avocado pit in the bowl of guacamole, then cover with plastic wrap, pressing it down onto the surface of the guacamole. Store in the refrigerator.
