Ingredients

1 1/2 fluid ounces limoncello

4 fresh basil leaves

1 tablespoon agave syrup, or more to taste

2 fluid ounces pineapple juice
Directions

Place limoncello, basil, and agave syrup into a cocktail shaker and mash well with a cocktail muddler. Pour in pineapple juice and ice, cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into 2 chilled martini or champagne glasses, filling glasses halfway up.

Top glasses off with prosecco and garnish with a pineapple wedge or lemon wedge.
