2 chamomile tea bag

3/4 cup Amaro Nonino or apple brandy

1 red apple, finely chopped

1 (750-ml bottle) prosecco, chilled

3/4 cup sparkling water, chilled
Directions

Steep chamomile tea bags in 1/3 cup boiling water for about 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Stir in honey until dissolved. Cover and chill honey-chamomile syrup until ready to use.

Combine 3/4 cup Amaro Nonino (or apple brandy) and honey-chamomile syrup in a pitcher. Chill for 1 hour to allow flavors to meld. Add chopped apple, prosecco, and sparkling water to pitcher just before serving.
