  3. Lightly coat air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place tenderloin in basket at a diagonal angle so tenderloin lays flat and straight in basket.

  4. Cook at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and continue to cook, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 140 degrees F (60 degrees C), 12 to 15 minutes.

  5. Remove from basket and let stand until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), about 5 minutes.

Tenderloin placed on a cutting board to finish resting.

  6. Cut into 3/4-inch slices and place on a serving platter. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.

This no-bake cherry cheesecake has a graham cracker crust and a light and creamy filling. Top with a can of cherry pie filling for a deliciously easy dessert. My husband refuses to eat baked cheesecake after eating this!

Air Fryer Mahi Mahi with Brown Butter

This air fryer mahi mahi recipe is a super simple but super tasty fish dish. You'll want to check your fish halfway through to gauge how much more time you'll need to keep cooking, depending on the thickness of your fish.

Cheese Fondue

Cheese Fondue

I've been making this fondue since the early '70s. This recipe uses two types of cheese and always turns out super smooth. I like to serve it with cubes of crusty bread for dipping, but baby potatoes, bell peppers, and sliced apples also work great!

Chef Salad for One

Chef Salad for One

I love to have a big chef salad for dinner, sometimes, and there are enough ingredients to make a full plate! This recipe serves one, but you can easily multiply it for more servings. These ingredients and quantities are perfect for me, but if you don't like an ingredient, leave it out. If you love bacon, have more! Customize to your or your family's delight. I call this salad a "composed" salad, where the ingredients are placed around the plate, and all the colors are showcased. You can toss it, if you prefer. It's delicious with ranch dressing, but it would also be very tasty with blue cheese dressing.

Roast Beef Tenderloin

Roast Beef Tenderloin

The secret to tender roast beef tenderloin is roasting it in a slow oven, which allows for a gentle roasting, and produces an even, rosy hue throughout the muscle. Another tip is roasting the beef on top of the pan sauce, which not only flavors the meat, but also humidifies the oven for a moist, aromatic cooking environment.
