1 bunch celery, chopped

1 (12 ounce) package baby carrots, chopped

1 cup cream of celery soup

1 cup cream of chicken soup

1 cup cream of mushroom soup

1 cup quartered mushrooms

8 fresh sage leaves

3 tablespoons fresh rosemary

2 tablespoons fresh thyme

2 (10 pound) geese, cut into pieces
Directions

Combine celery, carrots, cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, sage, rosemary, and thyme in a large bowl.

Put goose pieces in a slow cooker. Pour vegetable-soup mixture over the goose.

Cook on High until goose is tender, 6 to 8 hours.
