Just engaged and already wondering where to start planning? You are not alone. With so many restaurants and hotels in Singapore offering wedding packages, choosing the right venue can feel overwhelming. Prices may change, so be sure to check directly with each location for the latest details.

1. Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree

This new rainforest-edge resort sits beside nature parks in the north, offering a backdrop of lakes, greenery, and treetops instead of the usual city skyline. The pillarless Meranti Ballroom can host up to 300 guests for a full banquet. For smaller pre-event drinks, a rooftop deck with reservoir views fits about 50 people. Packages include Chinese or Western set menus, per-table or per-person pricing, and minimum guest requirements. An optional ceremony package covers basics like a floral arch, aisle flowers, chairs, and sound system. Other inclusions: menu tasting, free-flow soft drinks, invitation cards, a cake model, favours, floral arrangements, an LED screen, a suite stay with breakfast, and an adjoining bridal room. Early access to nearby wildlife parks for photos is also available. Themed décor options include Enchanted Garden, Timeless Elegance, and Rainforest Romance.

2. Empress

The space can also open up into one larger dining hall. Capacity goes up to 180 seated guests or 270 standing. Cost starts from $7,500 for exclusive use of the indoor space. The banquet is handled by the award-winning Wan Hao Chinese Restaurant, known for classic Cantonese dishes. Past couples have described the ballroom as stunning and the food as receiving many positive reviews from guests.

6. The Masons Table

Located in the historic Freemasons’ Hall next to Central Fire Station at the foot of Fort Canning Park, this is one of Singapore’s rarer event spaces. The venue combines classic elegance with modern amenities, including premium audio equipment, giant 4K TVs, adjustable lighting, and flexible table plans. A private bridal room and a dedicated reception area are available. Capacity goes up to 180 seated guests or 350 standing, with no minimum size requirement. Wedding packages are tailored to the couple’s budget rather than a fixed price. The on-site kitchen is led by experienced chefs, and the bar is fully stocked. The management team is known for being highly accommodating, with past clients noting the great vibes and recommending the venue for all kinds of events.

Before you book, keep in mind that prices and package details can change. It is always a good idea to ask about backup plans for outdoor spaces, dietary options, and what exactly is included beyond the main hall. The right venue is the one that makes your big day feel smoother, not more stressful.
