These Vietnamese fried spring rolls are a recipe I learned while traveling through Vietnam. The ingredients are relatively simple and easy to find in any grocery store. I've cooked this several times since returning, and it's always been a hit. They taste great with dipping sauce.

From Real Women of Philadelphia 2010 Host Caryn Ross: Hawaiian bread rolls provide a subtly sweet contrast to the savory flavors of ham and PHILADELPHIA Chive and Onion Cream Cheese. The sandwiches are melt-in-your-mouth good after they come out of the oven.

Jian Bing, a.k.a. Chinese crêpes are quick and easier to make than you think! There are many variations of this recipe but this is the only one I use. I like to add green onion and cilantro, but others use different ingredients, such as sunflower seeds. Instead of crackers, you can also use Chinese fried dough (You Tiao). Enjoy!

Grilled Wild Duck Breast

This skinless duck breast recipe is a simple way to cook small, wild ducks. It is always a huge hit — like having steak! Use the breasts, and save the remaining meat for a stew or stock. If you only have 1 duck, you can also cook the thighs this way.
